What I really enjoy is a totally unstructured session where you just work very hard, sweat a lot and have a huge sense of achievement afterwards. Not to mention get extremely conditioned and in shape.
These type of sessions I often perform at the end of every single lifting session I do. Some could take 5 minutes, some might take 40 minutes but whatever duration they are guaranteed to make you work really hard!
These workouts are perfect for the following:

- People who don’t want to go to a gym all the time
